Chain Reaction
Chain Reaction is a simple exothermic chemical reaction.
There are 2 parts a liquid and a crystalline powder.
DIRECTIONS:
PREPARE YOUR TINDER AND KINDLING BEFORE STARTING THE CHAIN REACTION.
PLACE A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE LIQUID ON A FLAT DRY SURFACE. PLACE APPROXIMATELY THE SAME AMOUNT OF POWDER* ON THE LIQUID. WAIT FOR THE CHAIN REACTION.
THE CHAIN REACTION STARTS WITH BUBBLING AND SMOKE, THEN
COMBUSTION.
*THE POWDER IS HIGHLY CORROSIVE AND CAN STAIN*
The chain reaction liquid needs to be at 70 degrees Fahrenheit or higher to be fully effective.
If it is under 70 degrees you may need to help get it started. This can be done by using a stick as a hand drill.
Using more powder than liquid is fine, using too much liquid will prevent the reaction from fully happening.
You can mix the liquid and powder together with a stick.
Use caution, the reaction can be a bit violent.
You can use rubbing alcohol to help remove stains.
